The grounds MoreFun Studios relies on

The Security Center (checked on 26 October 2026) on the official website of Arena Breakout: Infinite sets out the types of violation for which its security team acts. They comprise cheats, i.e. third-party software or modified client files that alter the game, the abuse of personal information, and accounts profiting illegally, e.g. by renting accounts. Further, the list covers offline trades in accounts, currency or items, the exploitation of bugs, negative in-game behaviour and inappropriate messages. It shall be noted that negative behaviour, in the operator's definition, includes teaming up with cheating players and playing under a fake new account or an account that belongs to someone else.

Penalties depend on the severity of the violation and range from cancelled rankings and deducted Merit to bans of the account or even the device; the Security Center gives the maximum ban as 3,650 days. Separately, an account may be placed in an observation period, which the official support FAQ links to anomalies in the game environment or in raid behaviour, to teaming up with cheaters and to third-party software. Thus, the observation period is not a ban, and the support FAQ advises checking the gaming environment and closing the relevant applications before playing.

Where the appeal goes

The official website leads under "Service" to Player Support, the customer-service portal for the game. Its section "Report/Penalty" explains the reasons for bans and leads to an "Account Ban Issue" form, which offers "Penalty Appeal" as an issue type beside "Apply to Lift Penalty" and "Account Ban Time Query". The form asks for the date of occurrence and a description of the issue, and the penalty history of the account, with the penalty, its reason and its expiry, can be checked in the Security Center after logging in.

It shall be noted that the mobile game Arena Breakout has a website of its own, to which the official site of Arena Breakout: Infinite links as a separate title. An appeal concerning the PC game, therefore, belongs in the Player Support of Arena Breakout: Infinite.

What the appeal should contain

The form leaves the structure to the player, so the description has to contain the whole case. It should state the player name, the date and exact wording of the ban notice, the violation named and, where visible, the expiry shown in the penalty history. Thereafter, it should explain in chronological order what happened in the session or trade concerned, which for a cheating ban means the programs that ran on the PC at the time. For a trading ban, it means who paid for and used the account and the items, and for a teaming ban, how the player came to share a squad with the flagged teammate.

Where someone else had access to the account, the appeal should say so and show it through login alerts, password-reset emails or a recovery request, since a compromised account is a different case from cheating. However, the operator treats playing on an account that belongs to someone else as a violation in itself. Hence, an account that was shared or bought on purpose will hardly support the appeal.

After the decision

The official support FAQ is unequivocal: bans, it states, cannot be removed early, and the only way to play again is to wait for the ban to expire. It might be argued that this answer concerns bans that are found to be correct, since the same portal offers a "Penalty Appeal". A second request, however, makes sense only with new facts, e.g. a recovery ticket that shows a takeover at the relevant time.

Continuing with a new account is not an alternative either, since the Security Center lists playing under a fake new account and using several accounts against the in-game economy among the violations. Ban evasion may thus itself breach the rules; accordingly, this guide does not describe ways around a ban.

Current enforcement

The Arena Breakout appeal page sets out the steps in short form, and the Arena Breakout ban-wave monitor records whether a wider enforcement wave is currently reported for the game.

Frequently asked questions

Can an Arena Breakout: Infinite ban be appealed?

The Player Support portal offers an "Account Ban Issue" form with "Penalty Appeal" as an issue type. The official FAQ adds, however, that bans cannot be removed early, so an appeal has a point only where the ban itself was wrong.

Is the observation period in Arena Breakout: Infinite a ban?

No. According to the official support FAQ, it follows anomalies in the game environment or in raid behaviour, teaming up with cheaters or third-party software. The status is updated once the period has passed and the system finds the environment and the account behaviour normal.

How long is an Arena Breakout: Infinite ban?

The length depends on the severity of the violation and ranges from a temporary to a permanent ban. The Security Center gives the maximum account ban as 3,650 days, and the expiry of a current penalty appears in the penalty history after logging in.
